By accessing or using SerialStack (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
The Service
SerialStack is an AI-powered content and marketing automation platform. We help businesses create, manage, and distribute content at scale.

Your Account
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Don't share your password, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be 18+ to create an account and use the Service.
Your Content & Data
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using SerialStack. We don't claim any intellectual property rights over your materials.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you. We won't use your content for training AI models or share it with third parties without your consent.
Acceptable Use
Don't use SerialStack to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
- Violate intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute spam, malware, or phishing attempts
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
Payment Terms
SerialStack offers paid subscription plans with a 14-day free trial. Payment terms:
- Billing is monthly or annual, as selected
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings
- Refunds handled on a case-by-case basis
Limitation of Liability
SerialStack is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, you can request an export of your data within 30 days.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
