I refused to let another
good idea die from neglect.
After 5 years of building products that never got marketed, I decided to fix the system instead of blaming myself.

The Graveyard of Good Ideas
I have 47 GitHub repositories. Most of them are "almost done" projects. Landing pages that never saw traffic. APIs that never got users. MVPs that never got marketed.
Every January, I'd renew domains for projects I hadn't touched in 11 months. Every time, I'd tell myself: "This year, I'll actually do the marketing."
But I never did. Because marketing felt like a completely different job. One I didn't sign up for. One I wasn't good at. One that pulled me away from the thing I actually loved: building.
The Real Problem
I used to think I was lazy. Or undisciplined. Or just "not a marketing person."
But then I looked at the pattern. I wasn't failing at marketing one product. I was failing at marketing five products simultaneously. Each with its own:
- Analytics dashboard
- Email provider
- Content calendar
- Social accounts
- Lead spreadsheet
The context-switching was killing me. Every time I sat down to "do marketing," I spent 30 minutes just figuring out where I left off. Then my energy was gone.
The problem wasn't me. The problem was the system.
Why I Had to Build This
I looked for a solution. Tried HubSpot—way too complex and expensive for indie projects. Tried Mailchimp—doesn't scale across multiple products. Tried Notion dashboards—just another thing to maintain.
Nothing was built for people like me: serial builders running a portfolio of small bets.
So I built SerialStack. One command center for all my projects. AI agents that handle strategy, content, and analytics automatically. A system that treats every project like the only project—without me having to context-switch between five different tools.
Now I check in once a week. Review the AI's suggestions. Approve the content. And get back to building.
No more ideas dying from neglect.
